What is Decilio?
Decilio is a Swiss-hosted platform for application intake and jury selections. Organizations collect applications, invite judges with a private link, and decide from rating, token, or pick results.
Who is it for?
Programs that run a call and a jury: startup competitions, accelerators, incubators, awards, grants, scholarships, and public votes attached to those programs.
Do judges need an account?
No. Each judge opens a personal link. The link is their access. They should not share it, because it is tied to their response.
What are the three modes?
Rating scores items on criteria, with optional weights. Token selections give each judge a fixed number of tokens to distribute. Pick selections ask the judge to choose a set number of items.
Can one program run several rounds?
Yes. A typical path is a rating round, then a token or pick round on the finalists. Premium plans can merge those rounds into one result.
Can applicants upload files?
Yes. Intake forms accept file uploads, such as a pitch deck or a budget, within the storage included in the plan.
Can the public vote?
Yes. A public selection can require an email address and a captcha. Public selection is included on Plus and Premium. The private jury link stays available for the confidential round.
Where is the data hosted?
The platform is hosted in Switzerland. The privacy policy and the data-processing agreement describe roles, retention, and subprocessors.
Can judges change their answers?
Yes, until the organizer closes the selection. After it is closed, submissions stay as they were sent. The link still opens the round.
Can a judge see only some applications?
Yes. Item access can limit a judge to a subset, for example one track of a competition, while the chair sees the full list.
What is a shared comment?
A comment marked shared is visible to the other judges on that selection. A comment that is not shared is visible to the organizers.
How do plans differ?
Basic, Plus, and Premium raise the monthly number of form responses and judge reviews, the number of organizer seats, and file storage. Plus adds a logo and public selections. Premium adds selection merge and priority support. Prices are in CHF on the pricing page.
