Score each candidate on your criteria.

Ask each judge to score every candidate on the criteria you set. They move a slider per criterion on their own link. You set the scale, and you can give one criterion more weight than another.

How to use it

1. Add a criterionOne question per criterion, such as team, product, or impact.
2. Set the scaleChoose the minimum, the maximum, and the step of the slider.
3. Add a weightA higher weight moves the average more. Set it before you send the invitations.
4. Invite the judgesEach person scores on a private link. They can comment on the item, then submit.
5. Read the reportYou see the average, the spread across judges, and the result per criterion.
