Weight criteria

Make the criterion you promised count for more.

Give a higher weight to the criterion that should count for more. Do this before you invite the jury. The report shows the weight next to the criterion.

How to use it

1. Add one criterion per questionFor example team, product, and impact.
2. Set the weightA higher number moves the average more.
3. Check the reportThe weight is shown beside the criterion, so the order has a reason you can point to.
4. Lock it in before invitationsChanging a weight later changes the meaning of scores already submitted.
